Phase 1 ESA

A Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment [ESA] is a report of existing and potential environmental hazards and liabilities performed during real-estate transactions. The report is prepared to ASTM standards through an evaluation and record search of historical property usage and permits, site visit to identify current environmental hazards, hazards from neighboring properties, and a compilation of any previous environmental testing completed on the property.

EverGreen is aware the real-estate transactions often have a limited window to get any environmental evaluation completed. We work to promptly address these assessments and have the experience to perform thorough evaluations in a timely manner.
